About the founder

About the Founder
Dr. Monique Nicole Durham is the CEO of Restorative Soul, LLC. She holds an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership and Administration from Walden University, a Master of Arts in Education from Johns Hopkins University, and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Morgan State University.

Dr. Durham currently serves as a Regional Director for a national curriculum company, leading a team of nearly 50 professionals supporting school systems across the country. She is also a Project Development Advisor with the Global Peace Foundation, where she crafts community peacebuilding content and dialogue strategies.

She is also the founder of The Principal’s Muse, a support network and coaching platform for school leaders, and brings unmatched expertise, passion, and purpose to every client engagement.
